She specializes in developing and implementing communication processes and in improving operational processes for strategic relationship management. In addition, she helps companies walk in the customers' shoes through the development and monitoring of Voice of the Customer programs. These programs deepen organizational understanding and awareness of critical customers' business needs, allowing relationship management to become a competitive advantage.

Kim has more than 15 years of experience in project management, process management, process design and process quality improvement, and has worked extensively in the financial services, manufacturing and application service provider industries.

She received a B.A. from Denison University and is a member of a number of non-profit boards.
